We Were at Autumn Canton Fair 2025 — Hall 15.4, Booth I25

We were at Autumn Canton Fair 2025 — Hall 15.4, Booth I25. Thank you to every buyer, partner and visitor who stopped by the Grizzlies booth during the fair.

This year’s autumn session gave us a valuable opportunity to meet customers face to face in Guangzhou, share our latest product displays and discuss real sourcing needs for the coming season. From tableware samples to takeout ranges, from material choices to project timing, many conversations at Booth I25 were practical, direct and focused on next steps.

Thank You for Visiting Booth I25

At Hall 15.4, Booth I25, our team welcomed buyers from different markets, including distributors, importers, foodservice suppliers, supermarket-related buyers and brand customers. Some visitors came to review new samples. Some came with clear product lists. Others came to compare materials, check display items and talk about possible cooperation for future orders.

For us, this is the real value of Canton Fair. A booth meeting is not only about showing products on shelves. It is a chance to listen to buyer feedback, understand market needs and help customers make clearer decisions before moving into sample confirmation, project development or order planning.

A Busy Autumn Session in Guangzhou

The full session came to a successful close on November 4. According to the Canton Fair report, more than 310,000 overseas buyers from 223 countries and regions attended this session, and onsite intended export transactions reached USD 25.65 billion. This strong attendance was reflected in the conversations we had at the booth. Buyers came with more specific questions, more prepared project details and clearer expectations for supplier communication.

What Visitors Saw at the Grizzlies Booth

Our booth displayed a broad range of disposable tableware and takeout-related items, including trays, bowls, clamshell containers, plates, cups, lids, cutlery and sample sets for different foodservice uses.

Many visitors spent time comparing product shape, structure, size, surface feel and display presentation. Seeing the items in person helped buyers judge details that are difficult to confirm from catalogue photos alone, such as thickness, stacking, lid matching, edge finish and real shelf appearance.

The booth also allowed buyers to discuss how different items could fit their local sales channels, including restaurants, takeaway service, catering supply, supermarkets, prepared food counters and wholesale distribution.

Buyer Questions Were More Project-Based

One clear impression from Autumn Canton Fair 2025 was that many buyers were not asking general questions. They came with project-based needs.

Some buyers wanted to review sample details before confirming a new range. Some asked about material direction for oily food or hot meals. Some discussed carton packing and shipment planning. Others focused on whether certain items could be adjusted for their own market, brand or sales channel.

These conversations were useful because they moved beyond simple product browsing. They helped both sides understand what needed to happen next: sample follow-up, document review, specification confirmation, quotation, packing plan or production schedule.

Material and Safety Questions Stayed Important

Buyers continued to ask about material choices, food contact expectations and safer barrier directions. For items used with hot meals, sauces, fried food or oily dishes, performance and safety need to be discussed together.

At the booth, our team explained product options according to application rather than giving one standard answer for every customer. A tray for snacks, a bowl for prepared food and a clamshell for takeaway meals may have different use conditions, so the material and structure should be matched to the real application.

For customers following PFAS-free directions or food contact requirements, early discussion helps reduce misunderstanding before samples and orders move forward.

Custom Requests Started from Real Use

Several visitors also asked about custom development, including logo printing, carton marks, product combinations, sample changes and brand presentation.

A good custom project should not start only from artwork. It should also consider food type, serving scenario, storage, shipping, order quantity and repeat supply. These details affect whether the final product can work smoothly after it leaves the showroom and enters real commercial use.

Meeting at Canton Fair helped buyers discuss these details directly with our team and avoid long rounds of unclear email communication.

From Booth Visit to Next Steps

After the fair, many conversations will continue through sample review, specification checking, artwork discussion and order planning. For buyers who visited Booth I25, our team will follow up based on the products and project details discussed onsite.

Autumn Canton Fair 2025 reminded us again that international sourcing is built through communication and trust. A product display can start the conversation, but careful follow-up is what turns a booth visit into a real project.
